Damaged Goods? Pawsitively Not!
Received something that looks like it’s been in a cat fight? Let us know immediately! Send us a photo of the damage (bonus points if your cat photobombs it), and we’ll replace it faster than a cat chasing a laser pointer.
How to Return: A Cat-and-Mouse Game
- Contact Us: Send an email to [support@catthemeecommerce.com]. Include your order number, item to return, and the reason (funny cat stories encouraged).
- Pack It Up: Put the item back in its original packaging. If you’ve used the original packaging as a DIY cat fort, any box will do.
- Send It Back: Use our pre-paid shipping label. Attach it to the package and send it back. Warning: Do not let your cat ride in the box!
Refunds: Faster than a Cat Nap!
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund faster than you can say “meow.” Expect it in your account within 5-7 business days. If you paid in cat treats, though, we might have to negotiate.
Exchanges: Like Trading One Cat for… Another Cat?
